"Aviyal is a south-Indian delicacy and looks like no families make it the same. Ingredients :

1/2 cup flaked coconut
1 tablespoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon cut up Bengal gram (chana dal)
2 green chile peppers, chopped
2 cups plain yogurt
1 cup water
1 pinch salt, to flavor
half cup reduce clean inexperienced beans

half cup diced carrot
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
2 dried pink chile peppers, broken into portions

Place the coconut, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and chana dal in a field and cowl with a few inches of cool water; allow the combination to soak for 2 hours. Drain.
