African Turkey Stew

  • three smoked turkey legs, cut into 1-inch thick portions
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • four crimson bell peppers - cored, seeded, and cut into chunks
  • 6 tomatoes, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • four habanero peppers, seeded and chopped (wear gloves)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions :

  • Place the turkey legs right into a massive saucepan, pour in enough water to slightly cover, and add the bouillon cubes.
