Banana Souffle

"A light, fluffy banana souffle."

Ingredients :

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon honey, or greater to flavor
  • half of teaspoon vanilla extract
  • half teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened cocoa powder

Instructions :
